Crosshill House

Bedroom was very comfortable and warm, very clean. Bathroom was very high standard. An absolute bargain of a price and worth every penny.

I’m not sure there even was ‘a breakfast’ ?? …the staff member we met at ‘book-in’ certainly didn’t advise or give any details. The room was pretty clean, very comfortable, and very reasonably priced, given the circumstances of a ‘late booking’ …bathroom was clean and shower was decent. I had to pay a £50 cash deposit when booking-in. the staff member advised me to post the room keys, into an ‘outside deposit box’ when leaving in the morning …wich was fine, but I completely forgot to retrieve my deposit, due to this. A member of staff then telephoned me to say I had not taken my deposit back, and was very helpful by ‘bank-transferring’ me the money back, the following day. Overall the staff where friendly snd helpful, room was clean and comfortable, better than expected, and very reasonably priced. …would recommend and use again! 👍😊

The staff were discreet, helpful and attended to all my needs In fact, they exceeded my expectations. The room was warm, spacious, with nice antique furniture. The TV was modern and large. The shower room was spotless with high quality fixtures and toiletries. The tea and coffee, kettle and hairdryer were of decent quality. The management and staff made me feel very welcome. Thank you all!
